The case below shows a smile built up by hand using direct, fibre reinforced composite fillings to restore the front teeth to their original size.
The teeth had become very worn, mainly as a result of a high consumption of acid drinks such as orange use and cola combined with night time grinding. There was no drilling to the teeth as we were keen to preserve any remaining sound tooth tissue.
In cases such as these it is always necessary to review the result a few days later to complete the final polish and complete any minor alterations. The photos below are of the same case taken 2 weeks later. The patient reported no problems with the build ups and was very happy with the result.
