A wonderful case

I love my job and this case highlights just what it is about my work that makes it so special to me.

Kimberely is dental nurse as well as a professional dancer. She was born with condition that interfered with the way her teeth formed. Despite her excellent oral hygiene and her very best efforts she has never been able to achieve a beautiful smile. Because she is very young (19 years old) we did not want to do any drilling to her teeth if we could avoid it. We used a combination of whitening and direct bonding to first reduce the dark patches and then direct white fillings placed as full coverage veneers to even out the appearance of the teeth. The whole process took 1 month, required no drilling or local anaesthetic and has transformed her smile and her confidence.
