StoneRock Dental Care, based in Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, on the Kent an East Sussex border was initially the vision of dentist Dr Ian Kerr and encapsulates his belief of how customer care and clinical excellence can be combined to provide truly comprehensive patient care. Dr Russell Blanchard joined Ian as a partner in 2007 and has helped further StoneRock’s ethos and its success. At the centre of the StoneRock dentist philosophy is a belief that excellence is about being the best that we can be.
With this in mind, the team at StoneRock continually strives to create an environment where every patient can receive the highest standard of care that modern dentistry allows.
At StoneRock we believe that at the heart of a truly successful relationship between dentist and patient lies a collaboration of effort. We feel that the key role of the dentist and their team is to reveal to patients how they can best look after their teeth in order to prevent further unnecessary disease.
Once a patient has taken control of the care of their mouth then all of their future dental needs can be provided for in a way that will be more predictable, less painful and longer lasting. StoneRock Dental Care aims to constantly evolve so we can expand to include all aspects of oral health care. To keep a current and future patients fully informed of our many advances we will be providing regular updates on our website and a regular newsletter.
Opening Hours
It is sometimes possible to accommodate people who have lengthy or complex treatments by extending certain sessions of our opening hours. Please let us know if you need this and we will see if we can help you.
Our opening hours are:
Monday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Tuesday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Wednesday: 9.00am – 4.30pm
Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am – 2.00pm
StoneRock Dental Care Appointment Cancellation Policy
We are happy to announce that there will be no fee for appointments cancelled two working days or more prior to the appointment.
If however less notice than this is given there will be a cancellation fee based on the length of the appointment booked.
