Our approach the ‘The Gentle Dental Philosophy’ is simple, we want to make every stage of the visit as pleasant and rewarding an experience as possible. Patients are encouraged to relax with a drink and a paper in our comfort zone prior to each appointment.
Our treatment studios are among the best equipped in the whole of Kent and East Sussex and have been designed to make your complete dental visit as easy as it can be. All our staff are fully qualified and trained in every aspect of patient care.
For most of our nervous patients, it is the fear of the unknown that causes the most concern. With this in mind we take great care to discuss with you all aspects of the care you are to receive and make sure that treatment progresses at a speed that you are comfortable with. Each of your visits to the practice is tailor made to suit you. Our team will ensure that enough time is allowed for your care so that the appointment will start on time, and your visit to StoneRock will be a calm and comfortable experience.
