This case highlights how well we can treat teeth without having to lift up a drill! This smile was showing worn, dark teeth that were being damaged through a night time grinding habit. The front very dark tooth had probably been knocked many years ago but was still alive and so did not need any root canal treatment.
The whitening was done over a two week period using the Enlighten system that we use for all cases now, followed by 1 visit of direct white filling build ups. If the grinding habit continues then the fillings will be worn away but this is much better than the teeth being damaged. I love this sort of work!
