Dentistry in Kent is back in the news with more dentists leaving the NHS. At StoneRock we made this decision before we opened because we wanted to concentrate on customer care, rather than be bogged down in wrangling over the new contract.
Just two months after it’s inception we see that 10% of dentists in Kent have refused to sign it and more of those who have signed are now leaving, having found it completely unworkable. We at StoneRock wish that this situation had never arisen and, as one of only two dentists in Hawkhurst, we appreciate the lack of NHS care is a great concern for the village. However it would seem that our decision was the right one and we are certain that by continuing to concentrate on excellent customer care and excellent service we will be doing the absolute best for our patients.
