This case highlights how we can now use direct composite (tooth coloured) filling materials to enhance the shape and colour of teeth with very little adjustment to the underlying teeth.
This approach allows us to complete the work in one visit and does not incur any laboratory charges so can be much cheaper than the ceramic options. That said the composite veneers often require more maintenance than the ceramic ones and are more prone to staining especially in smokers. As ever it is all about providing more choice so patient’s can decide which approach is right for them. This case was completed by Russell Blanchard.
If you would like to find out if direct composite veneers are right for you then please contact the surgery on 01580 75202 and speak to our head receptionist Fiona Getgood or a dedicated Treatment Co-ordinator Dawn Lindsey.
