This is one of those cases I love resulting in a lovely smile- a simple 2 week home night guard whitening with 10% carbide peroxide gel followed by a couple of hours to redo the stained fillings and build up the worn incised edges.The smile looks younger, healthier and more vibrant, which is just how the happy patient now feels!
The decision was made to leave the porcelain crown alone and the patient was aware that it would appear darker but this was an acceptable compromise to them as the tooth has weak foundations and they did not want to risk any complications with it.
