It has now been over a month since StoneRock Dental Care had to close its doors. This was a decision made by the Government for the safety of our patients and our team as well as the greater public, and to help protect the NHS.
Having spent the best part of 15 years building StoneRock into the special practice that is become with a very loyal set of clients and a fantastic dedicated team, it was an emotional time for all of us.
We would like to reassure you that we continue to be here for you to offer advice and support through this time.
We would like to share with you how we are planning for the when we can reopen and continue to provide you with the best care we possibly can.
We intend to be reinvigorated so we can provide you not only the best dental experience but also in the safest environment achievable.
There will be new innovations and practical measures. Some necessary and some to help make you feel confident to return to dentistry in these anxious times. Alongside our traditional treatments that we have adapted to increase their safety we intend to offer digital virtual services so you can be advised and reviewed from the safety of your homes and discuss problems with us before appointments. This will help ensure that we can provide a service that is as safe, efficient and effective as can be managed during these challenging times.
We hope you can work with us as we implement these changes to how your dental care is provided. Through these changes Ian and I aim to provide every patient who visits StoneRock with the safest, most efficient and most effective dental experience that we can but please do tell us those elements you find beneficial and those which detract from the service we provide. We are, after all in this together. StoneRock has always strived to provide not only the best dental care but the best service to each and everyone of you not just as patients, but as people; we will not let this commitment slip.
