At StoneRock we use one whitening system, only. The reason we stick to night guard vital bleaching (using the Enlighten system) is that it consistently gives us excellent results. The technique requires that well fitted bespoke whitening trays containing the whitening gel are worn every night for 14 nights. On the 15th day a 1 hour surgery whitening session using the same trays and a stronger gel is carried out to deepen the whitening result. The result is then maintained using the same trays 2-3 nights at a time for 2-3 times a year. The cost of this maintenance is minimal. Other than some transient sensitivity during the two week home whitening there are no side effects and no damage done to the teeth.
In this case some direct white filling was added to the tips of the teeth to align them better and rejuevenate the smile further.
