This case illustrates the effectiveness of the Inman Aligner when used to resolve moderate crowding of the front 4-6 teeth. The removable aligner was worn for just under 3 months for at least 20 hours a day and some small adjustments were made to the contacts between the teeth to help create the space needed to line the teeth up. The teeth are then held in place with a fixed arch wire or fibre splint to ensure that they do not relapse. The work was done by Russell Blanchard who has gained great experience in this technique over the past 18 months.
